The 1st of October 2022 will become an important day in the history of the struggles of the trade unions and community and demand-based British movements. We extend to all of you the greetings of the struggle and support of Sudan. The solidarity of the Sudanese Alliance of Demand-based Campaigns (TAM) with the goals and objectives of the “Enough is Enough” campaign is based on your struggle for human rights and citizenship rights, for the achievement of social justice, shrinking the gap between rich and poor and redefining democracy as including the right to a secure life.  

Our solidarity and support to the “Enough is Enough” campaign is based on the fact that the objectives and slogans of the campaign have been and will continue to be part of the basic principles of TAM, and your collective action is a contribution to the achievement of justice and the establishment of rights. It is an effort to stimulate the human conscience.

Deliberate impoverishment programmes, rising prices in exchange for reduced services, the collapse of food security for individuals, families and communities, and the exploitation of the lives of millions of poor people to the benefit of a handful of rich people, deserve to be classified as “crimes of genocide.” Hunger, poverty, malnutrition, lack of heating, and shrinking educational opportunities lead to the death of communities or their further exploitation and attrition on the margins of life.

Therefore, solidarity with the “Enough is Enough” campaign is not only about what that phrase means now, but also what we face in the future.

Greetings again to everyone involved in “Enough is Enough” in all British squares and cities.

We will not back down. We have demands.

(رسالة تضامن)

في هذا اليوم الاول من اكتوبر 2022، والذي سيصبح يوما مهم في تاريخ نضالات الحركة النقابية والمجتمعية والمطلبية البريطانية، نتقدم لكم جميعا بالتحايا النضالية والمؤازرة من السودان. 

إن تضامن “تجمع الاجسام المطلبية – تام” مع أهداف ومرامي حملة (كفاية) قائم على أساس الحقوق الإنسانية وحقوق المواطنة، وتعد تأسيس للعدالة الاجتماعية، وتقلص الفوارق الطبقية، وهي أيضا توفر حد من ديمقراطية الحق في الحياة الآمنة.

إن وقوفنا مع حملة (كفاية) متصل بأن اهداف الحملة وشعاراتها كانت وستظل جزء من المبادئ الأساسية لـ (تام) والعمل الجماعي فيها هو إسهام في تحقيق العدالة وتثبيت الحقوق، وسعي لتحفيذ الضمير الإنساني. 

إن رفض برامج الإفقار المقصود، وإرتفاع الاسعار مقابل تدني الخدمات، وتأرجح الأمن الغذائي للأفراد والأسر والمحتمعات، ورهن مجمل حياة ملايين الفقراء لصالح حفنة من الاثرياء، يستحق أن يصنف ضمن (جرائم الإبادة الجماعية) فالجوع والفقر وسؤ التغذية وإنعدام التدفئة، وتقلص فرص التعليم كلها حزمة تؤدي إلى موات المجتمعات أو إستمرارها على هامش الحياة لتواجه المزيد من الإستغلال والإستنزاف.

عليه، فإن التضامن مع حملة (كفاية) ليس فقط في موقفها الحالي بل مغزاها المستقبلي أيضا .

التحية مجددا لكل الفاعلين في (كفاية) في كل الساحات والمدن البريطانية .

لن نتراجع .. لنا مطالب .
