Across the world, workers and ordinary people are standing firm in the face of war, state violence, and deepening economic hardship. From the picket lines and general strikes in Italy to the streets of Khartoum and Gaza, the fight for peace, justice, and dignity continues — and we invite you to be part of that struggle at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

This year’s AGM will feature a special guest from S.I. Cobas, the militant Italian union whose members have led courageous strikes and protests against the genocide in Palestine and the complicity of their own government in supporting the Zionist occupation. Their organising and resistance have inspired trade unionists and activists across the world.
Attendees will hear directly from S.I. Cobas organisers about their experiences — from building power in the workplace to forging international networks of resistance — and discuss how we can strengthen our shared struggle against the ongoing oppression and genocide in Palestine, while advancing the fight for workers’ rights, dignity, and justice across borders.
The AGM will also reflect on our collective work over the past year, celebrating our victories and confronting the challenges we’ve faced. We will explore ways to deepen our connections and forge even stronger bonds between trade unionists in Britain and across the Middle East and North Africa, so that our solidarity becomes a powerful force for change.
At a time when governments impose poverty, silence dissent, and fuel wars while workers pay the price, solidarity is more than a slogan — it’s our lifeline.
Join us to share experiences, build connections, and strengthen the fight for freedom, equality, and workers’ power.
